Terms of Service
1. Alpha Service
IQX Lookup is currently provided as an alpha service by Neivi Innovacion Tecnologica, S.L. (CIF: ESB87387775, Madrid, Spain). The service is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Features, rate limits, API contracts, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. The service may be suspended temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion.
2. Free During Alpha
IQX Lookup is free to use during the alpha period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, modify quotas, or change pricing at any time. Registered users will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect.
3. Account and API Keys
To use the API, you must create an account and generate API keys via the dashboard. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Revoking compromised keys immediately via the dashboard
- Providing accurate registration information
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the API for legitimate validation and enrichment purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or quota restrictions
- Use the service for spamming, phishing, or any illegal activity
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute API responses in bulk
- Share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Submit requests designed to overload or disrupt the service
- Use the service to violate the rights of third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Data and Persistence
During the alpha period, data persistence is not guaranteed. Usage analytics, account data, and API keys may be purged without notice during maintenance, migrations, or service updates. We recommend that you do not rely on IQX Lookup as your sole data source.
6. Intellectual Property
The IQX Lookup API, documentation, SDKs, website, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Neivi Innovacion Tecnologica, S.L. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the API in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to or receive from the API.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neivi Innovacion Tecnologica, S.L. and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the service
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss or corruption
- Inaccurate validation results
- Unauthorized access to your account
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neivi Innovacion Tecnologica, S.L. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
